Remember that fruits and veggies have remarkable properties and benefit the body in endless ways. Eat all you want during your meals. The more the better for your body. Begin the day with hot water and lemon Skin brush upon waking Breakfast Fruit or any combination of fruit but NOT bananas. You can make a shake or smoothie by adding a few spices and a tiny amount of honey and blending the fruit together. Snacks You may snack a few times a day but do not mix the fruit snack with veggies.
